- Passes will be issued, at least 14 days in advance of the event, in the name of your club. - Passes may only be used when there are swimmers from the named club on poolside. - Passes are interchangeable, but may only be used by the coaches/helpers named on this form and all named persons must be registered on the ASA Coaches & Helpers Database (Child Protection). - All swimmers aged 16 years and under must be under the supervision of a pass holder during the warm up, throughout the competition, and in the vicinity of the pool. - Passes must be worn visibly at all times.
